• Next to ladies seat should be ladies only if in case gents (If Booked As Female) are there should adjusted with different seat
• Management is not responsible for loss or damage of your luggages/baggage.
• Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey
• If the age of the child is 5 years or more than 5 years Full ticket need to purchase.
• Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
• In case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will  be charged.
• Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. ( Depending Upon Seat Availability)
• The company shall refund the amount accordingly in case of cancellation of a particular service due to un avoidable circumstances or due to any other reason ,it also does not hold any responsibility for making any alternative arrangement but we will try our best
• The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, Weather Conditions etc......, However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
• We are not obligated to wait beyond the scheduled departure time of the bus. No refund request will be entertained for late arriving passengers.
• Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 min. before the scheduled time of departure.
• Video and Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed
• Eating any kind of outside food except the snacks offered by Meridien Coaches is not allowed inside the service bus as it emanates/Spreads the smell in the A/c vehicle and affects the other passengers.
• Management is having right to reschedule the seat.
• Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is prohibited. Bus operator reserves the right to deboard drunk passengers.
• Consuming alcohol in the service buses is strictly prohibited as it creates inconvenience for Co-Passengers.
• Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, cartons and any other articles that are prohibited under law,
• Each passenger is allowed to carry one bag of upto 15 kgs and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase of upto 5 kgs and cartons boxes are strictly Extra Chargeable 
• We reserves the right to deny boarding or charge additional amount in case passenger is travelling with extra luggage than which is mentioned above
